Named for Lacey’s Great Grandmother Grace and David’s Great Aunt Bayne, Grace + Bayne Interiors truly captures the unique personalities of its namesake’s interior design matriarchs. Pairing classic looks with a chic and trendy style, Lacey’s eye for design speaks to Grace and Bayne’s impeccable tastes and Southern charm.

Although decades have passed, each of these women have been an inspiration to create a business committed to providing people with their dream home, full of fresh and creative styles. While Lacey does bring her own design approach to the table, she’ll look to you for guidance on a vision that suits your personality and individual style—it is your home, of course. For that reason, collaboration is a cornerstone to the Grace + Bayne philosophy in order to truly hone in on a design or a “feel” that encompasses all that makes you unique.

We Will Take Care of Everything

Lacey’s services are turnkey, meaning she handles all of the details like subcontracting general contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, upholsterers, and the like. You don’t have to worry about sourcing anything—Lacey’s years of experience in the market means that her connections become your connections.

How it Works

Working with Heirloom

One of the perks of a husband-and-wife team is that we can offer exclusive package deals for you to get the best bang for your buck. If you’re listing your house with the Heirloom group, we will start with a free initial consultation. After getting an idea of what needs to be done to achieve your goal, we will create a custom package to ensure that your home is competitive in today’s market.

The Consultation

All of Grace + Bayne’s projects begin with an initial consultation. In this meeting, you’ll share your vision and we’ll discuss the process for achieving your dreams. Consultations have a one-time $100 fee plus $75 per hour. However, if the project moves past the consultation stage, the fee will be built into the scope of the project, including all in-house services, project management, product orders, and use of all of Grace + Bayne’s contractors.

Home Staging

Currently, staging services are structured on an hourly rate. This includes moving furniture, decluttering, repurposing items, coordinating storage or item removal, and the use of furniture and accessories from the Grace + Bayne inventory. Rates may be negotiable depending on the need for furniture and accessories. For more pricing details, contact us so we can learn more about your needs.

Contractors & Vendors

Once your needs have been established, a team of contractors will price out the job and assist in building out a scope. We’ve worked with our contractors for years and, through strong working relationships, we’re able to negotiate their rates to get you the very best deal and save you money on the bottom line.
