About David

A true Richmond native, David’s passion for the sales industry started at the young age of 15.  With over 20 years of sales experience in the area, David remains well-connected within the Richmond market and surrounding areas. David entered into the real estate profession in 2013 and quickly began his new career as a high volume producer with Long and Foster. With over 27 years in the Metro Richmond area, Travis brings an incredible amount of knowledge to the table. After 4 years with Heirloom, he has earned over $25 million in business. After growing up in Chesterfield County, Travis gained a Bachelor of Science from Randolph-Macon College. Each transaction takes effort from both client and agent, but Travis’ goal is to lead you through the whole process step by step. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or looking for an urban oasis, Travis has you covered. When he’s not working, Travis enjoys playing golf, catching a Squirrels game, watching the Rams, and going fishing.



About Cory

Cory was born and raised in Virginia Beach, and graduated from VCU with a degree in Art History and Museum Studies in 2010. She stayed in Richmond to start a career in residential property management, earning her real estate license in 2013. Cory joined David at Long & Foster in March 2017 as his client services manager. Soon, the two would create the Heirloom Cooke Realty Group. Outside of assisting David with managing his transactions, Cory enjoys putting her real estate license to use by finding buyers their new home and spends her time out of the office building and riding motorcycles, singing karaoke, and keeping up with her 1957 Chris Craft Yacht.



About Richard

After 20 years in petroleum sales, Richard took his experience to the real estate market in 1995 and hasn’t looked back since. By 1996, he was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award from the Richmond Association of Realtors. He has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve the dream of home ownership, and still values the feeling of assisting first-time home buyers find their dream starter home. Richard also has experience in selling land to developers and builders, and later representing them as site agents for new residential communities. In his spare time, Richard enjoys serving the community through the Rotary Club of Innsbrook and Meals on Wheels.

Growing up in the West End of Richmond for the past 20 years, Jeremy brings a unique knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas of Central Virginia. After graduating from JMU with a BS in Interpersonal Communication Studies, Jeremy became a licensed Realtor in 2019 quickly making a footprint as a valued asset to his clients, team, and industry as a whole. His love for the Real Estate industry and his passion for helping others shines through in the results delivered to the clients he works with. In less than a year with the Heirloom Realty Group, Jeremy has helped over 14 families achieve their Real Estate goals resulting in over $3 million in closed business. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, Jeremy was an athlete and honors grad from Godwin High School. Wendy having a love for the water moved to Deltaville in 2018 and has never looked back. Wendy grew up in Chesterfield County moved to King William County where she raised 3 children. During her years in King William she owned and operated a hair salon. Wendy has always loved working with people, having worked in the nursing field since 1993 and continuing with doing hair since 1982. Wendy started a real estate investment business in 2019, owner of “The Deadrise Inn” a vacation rental in Deltaville.
